when did you last have four days completely for yourself?

Mallorca retreat

Spring 2027

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, AMA invites you to pause. Nestled in the nature of Mallorca, our retreats combine movement, creativity, local food, and meaningful connection to help you feel grounded, present, and inspired.

What to expect

Four days at a finca in the Mallorcan countryside, facing the Tramuntana mountains. Palm trees, birdsong, sea breeze.

Mornings begin with yoga, unhurried, open to all levels. The rest unfolds from there: some days active, some slow, all intentional.

introspective sessions

one evening, we gather around the big kitchen table and we learn how to cook local Spanish meals with what grows around us, using recipes passed down through generations. Simple, honest food you can make again at home.

during the retreat, there are a couple of guided sessions to ask yourself a few key questions of where you stand at this moment of your life. The kind that make you think, and help you reconnect with parts of yourself you don’t always make time for.

exploring Mallorca

We walk through a little and cute Mallorcan village to see how local life unfolds, stopping by the market, and later heading to the beach. A slower side of the island.

hosted by Montse, who besides welcoming you to the finca is a full-time ceramist with her own brand in Mallorca. No previous pottery experience is needed, just curiosity and the joy of making something from scratch with your own hands.

every morning starts on the mat, a yoga teacher with over 13 years of teaching experience. Her sessions invite you to move your body, find your rhythm and ease into the day, whatever your level of yoga.

The finca

Where you will stay

Set in the quiet Mallorcan countryside, our beautifully restored 19th-century finca is your home for the retreat. With views of the Tramuntana mountains, it feels a world away from the busier side of the island, yet is just 20 minutes by car from the airport.

Júlia

originally from Spain and now based in Berlin, Júlia founded AMA retreats after more than 10 years of practicing yoga and pilates alongside a career in the corporate world.
